During major holidays, overnight appointments are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all overnight slots have been reserved, we may only be able to offer multiple daily walks or evening visits, subject to availability.

The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your pet-sitting reservation. Since holiday availability is limited, reserving your dates means we may decline other bookings in order to remain available for you and provide the highest level of care for your pets.
A nonrefundable deposit protects the time reserved exclusively for your booking. This policy is necessary because last-minute cancellations may occur when clients find alternative care through a friend, neighbor, or family member.
Absolute last min request are considered the month of the holiday we will charge slightly more for walks, or backyard outings. No overnights are availble the monrh of.
